I have been looking forward to trying the salads here because I keep hearing how great they were. Well I ordered mine ahead of time, was so looking forward to it. HUGE disappointment! Lettuce and avocados were brown. It wasn't just a few pieces of lettuce but almost every piece. For a $13 salad i expected better./
Great food. This chicken sandwich is absolutely deductible. I had to wait a little extra since the google order was being glitchy, which was fine. They gave me and extra cookie for the wait which i didnt expect! It was a pleasant surprise and made my day. Definitely getting more of my business for the food staff and fantastic food. Top notch every time.
I've only eaten here twice, and both times were carry-out and both times I ordered the same food. I can't say much about the inside of the inside of the restaurant other than it's very lage with lots of seating. I ate the bbq potato, which is big enough to share or save for another meal and it is delicious but pricey. The service is mediocre at best and not friendly at all.
We sat at our table waiting a while for server to bring our food to our very visible #29. I watched a server walk by with a order look at our table and walk around the whole restaurant 4 times. I had to try to tell server that's mine also where is my soup asked 2 more times for soup, just a look and no reply, finally had to get up and complain to get 1/2 of my lunch. As we watched server's walk around with others food trying give to wrong tables an returning food back to kitchen. UNTIL THEY FIX THE LANGUAGE BARRIER FOR SERVER'S ECT. THAT MUST BE ABLE TO SOMEHOW COMMUNICATE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS , WE WON'T BE BACK. GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR FOOD UNLESS YOU GET SALAD BAR YOURSELVES.

I am a vegetarian with which I have limited options to choose from. The staff were very helpful and provided me a separate vegetarian menu. I ordered a penne Alfredo pasta and it was delicious. I loved how my pasta was soaked in sauce unlike other restaurants where the pasta is usually dry.
They have a fresh salad bar which I would like to definitely time next time.
I love Jason's Deli and order it quite often. This order was not great at all. I had the manager's special. My sandwich was over toasted and crumbling. The spicy seafood soup was burnt. It was so disappointing. I called the store but the manager said the phone connection was bad. I was looking forward to the meal since I'm not feeling well. I hope this is not the new norm.
Food is usually very good. Got the 1/2 sandwich and soup. The chicken pot pie soup is usually very good but this time it was runny and lacking taste.
Food is awesome and staff is super friendly.
Papa Joe sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite!
Corporate: please bring back the brookie or the cookies and cream brownie!
